Steve is AWESOME! I gotta admit I was very nervous and lowkey freaking out right before the piercing. I had a not so great piercing experience that left me in tears and a sore throat right after. It healed & I changed it but it fell out. I saw the reviews on this place & figured why not give it another shot? Steve reassured me and I’m glad because I’m in love with it! My septum was quick and easy, almost painless. Highly recommend!

This store is always busy. But what do you expect with good people running it.

We got two peoples' one ear re-pierced, so two ears done in total. We made an appointment two days before, arrived a few minutes early. They lock the door and you need to ring the bell to be let it. The piercer was running a little behind so we waited outside for about ten minutes before we were let in for our appointment. Super good about getting the forms filled out before hand so it was fast to check in. Clean piercing area filled with lots of interesting things. Jo was our piercer and she was very professional, gave tons of information, and was very gentle. If we ever need anything pierced again we will definitely seek her out.
